While the Bible contains no specific references to “the fossils of animals and plants,” it does mention several extinct animals that are now known only by their fossil remains, such as what modern scientists call dinosaurs.

What Causes Unbelief

Unbelief is a great threat to the spiritual life of every person.  Jesus warned the Jews, saying, “Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins” (John 8:24). Unbelief causes spiritual separation from God, a separation which will become eternal if a person chooses not to believe in Jesus Christ.
